Location
Room was way too hot & couldn't be adjusted. Also reception staff were absent when we arrived which was annoying especially as we were time poor, we then had to wait and return later to gain entry to our room

Great location, comfortable and plenty of room.
Some of the kitchen drawers need a good clean. Check in a bit confusing, odd no external sign.

Great location and good solution for a family with 4 kids. We wanted parking and breakfast and enough beds for all of us, so this was a great choice. It's dated but clean. Breakfast is excellent. .Location was the best bit.
Main complaint - the heating and cooling vent does not stop and you can not open windows. It was stuffy. Temperature is all over the shop and the sound makes sleeping a little difficult.
