Very uncomfortable and not worth the money

The key code given was not accepted and consequently we spent an extra two and half hours on the footpath trying to resolve and making about 20 phone calls. It was totally unacceptable and my 80 year old sister was quite distressed by it all

This property was clean but so many other things were so bad. Beds were so hard and atrocious pancake flat pillows. Other pillows available were just as flat and had no covers. Another doona on shelf was dirty. The bedside lamps were totally useless. No plugs for either kitchen sink or bathroom basins. Basins were so big there was no room to put anything on the sides. Pantry shelf only came out about 10cm, and it was hard to even get a hand in. Flimsy dining chairs, and one of which had to be repaired by myself. One blown roof light. My daughter ended up trying to sleep on the sofa, as found bed to hard. Consequently we left a day early as none of could face another night on such hard beds. Very disappointed

Cheap -- you get what we pay for

Convenient location. Sofa bed was made up with good bedding and lots of pillows (more comfortable pillows than the regular beds). Good for large group of friends (5 beds).

Broken furniture. Moldy smell, lack of adequate vents. Carpets were not vacuumed, and the vacuum cleaner was full of pet hair, which made the place smell worse after we vacuumed. Shower was cramped and the water temperature kept fluctuating. We took quick showers. It felt like poor student housing.
