L'appartement était propre et très spacieux. L'emplacement est plutôt central, à trente minutes de l'aéroport, du Vatican et du centre ville. De nombreux restaurants et supermarchés sont à proximité.
On aurait bien aimé avoir des assiettes dans le coin cuisine, c'était un peu limité en termes d'ustensiles.

The location was very convenient, as it was only about 600 meters from the train station. I was able to travel to and from the airport easily by train.
I was very disappointed with the customer service. There was no remote control in the room, and when I reported the issue, I was told that they would contact housekeeping and resolve it immediately. After waiting without receiving any update, I contacted them again and was given the same promise, but once again nobody followed up. Two days passed without any solution.
When I received the check-out message, I mentioned my dissatisfaction again because I had essentially been ignored throughout my stay. The only response I received was an apology for the inconvenience. I even suggested a small gesture, such as allowing me a one-hour late check-out, but this message was ignored as well.
What bothered me even more was discovering a review from a guest who had stayed in the same room a few months earlier and had complained about the exact same issue with the missing remote control. They also reported being ignored. This suggests that the management is aware of the problem but does not take it seriously.
The cleanliness of some kitchen equipment was also disappointing. The kettle and microwave were heavily affected by limescale and dirt, and there were no cleaning supplies available. In addition, there was almost no kitchenware provided. I had to buy my own cutlery and plates during my stay.

The location was the only strong point. It took about 25 minutes by metro from FCO Airport. The bus and tram stops were just a 2-minute walk away, and it took around 10 minutes to reach the city center using these. There were also 1–2 small shops open 24 hours nearby, which were enough to cover basic needs.
From the moment we entered, the cleanliness was terrible. There was a layer of dust in the air and on every surface. During our 4-day stay, our room was never cleaned, our towels were not changed, and even when we ran out of toilet paper, it was not replenished. There was no place or guidance on where we could get any.
In the common area, there was a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator, but there wasn’t even a single cardboard cup to pour and drink your coffee. (There were only plastic champagne glasses, and they were stained with coffee.)
The room was incredibly dark—we had to turn on all the lights even during the day just to see properly. We stayed in room number 4, and our balcony opened onto the shared balcony, which made us feel uneasy in terms of security.
There was a TV in the room, but no remote control. When we contacted them via WhatsApp to request one, the only response we got was that our message had been delivered and read. (I think this is a very rude and unprofessional attitude.)
Since the property is basically a single apartment divided into rooms, you can hear 100% of the sounds coming from the other rooms, just like in your own home :) Fortunately, the other guests during our stay were not noisy, so it didn’t become an issue.
The room size was good, and the bathroom was nice and relatively cleaner compared to the room. We didn’t have any problems with hot water. The self check-in instructions were also clear and smooth.
If your only expectation is a bed to sleep in and a place to stay, I can recommend it. But otherwise, I think it’s a very unprofessional place where even basic needs are not met and should not be preferred.
