Good evening Dan, actually we did end enjoying our stay at your lil place but only after we decided to make the best of our stay..... There were several concerns that we did do our best to work with.1. the bed in the room with the bathroom seemed to slope down at the head on the side closest to the door. The headboard was extremely loose and very wobbly, it hung forward over the bed to some degree. I looked and the bolts holding it on were loose and one missing that I found laying on the mattress frame under the mattress. I just left it there...2. The bed in the other room was very wobbly at the legs. When it was sat or laid on it felt as though the whole thing would fall over. We picked up the mattress and tightened the screws as best we could with our fingers. It was an improvement but still very unstable, we entered with caution.....3. Hole in the closet door in the front bedroom towards the top of the door.4. The yard was a mess! The weeds were very high and the yard looked unkept due to its length.5 Paper towel holder rod was broken and leaning. I tried to get a towel and the whole thing fell off and over.6. The bedroom sink had a very loose faucet and moved each time I tried to turn water on or off. It became a "two handed operation"....7. The backyard deck was encroached upon by the trees and bushes.8. The first time we stepped on the garbage pail peddle it didn't open the lid but twisted and fell off to one side. We left the lid open the whole time as
