Snowdon metro station, one block from the property, is a transfer station between the Orange and Blue Lines and is the western terminus of the Blue Line.



The unit provides easy access to Decarie Blvd (Hwy 15) facilitating travel throughout the city; downtown Montreal can be reached in 15 minutes and the Old Port of Montreal in 20 minutes by car.



This unit comes with a dedicated off street parking space.
