The main living area includes a cosy sleeping space and opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, plus all necessary dishes, cutlery and utensils.
You’ll also find a practical shower room, a washing machine, a television, electric heating and reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort in all seasons.
Outside, a furnished terrace with garden furniture invites you to fully enjoy your relaxing moments.

Guests have full access to the studio, the private terrace and the parking space located in the same building.
