Breanna was an amazing host she was so quick with communication and her home was absolutely beautiful! So clean and accommodating! my family and I were able to make home cooked meals and enjoy every moment of our time ! she had everything we could ever need I highly recommend this property !

Breanna was super helpful - even left some folding chairs for my parents to use. The house was very clean and exactly as advertised. Beautiful home with many updates.

We traveled for our son's graduation at UNF. This house was perfect for our family, who was traveling with siblings and grandparents.
The decor was clean, simple, contemporary style, and beautiful.
The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen, living room, and dining room formed a spacious open area ideal for our family gathering.
It was perfect for us.
I recommend this property if you are traveling with family or planning a trip for a graduation at UNF.

Beautiful home, perfect location while moving our son into the dorms at UNF. Close to shopping and the beaches too. Clean and comfortable in every room, weโll definitely stay again. Breanna is a great host, very friendly and responsive.
