Perfect for our three generation family time. We loved the location (esp proximity to Spitalfields) but we like urban so just know green space is not close and the pub and street life can be noisy. We are healthy and active so the stairs were not a problem for this group but it is a lot of stairs. Tough part was London having an unusual heat wave so the portable AC was not keeping up for a 4 story place -but that was very unusual. The kitchen and open space was perfect for gathering.
