About this cottage rental
Two bedroom/2 bath cottage in Bradenton, located in Arbor Terrace. As an added bonus, when you book our home, you will have private access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world on Anna Maria Island. You and your guests will enjoy your own private, white, sandy beach, with sparkling blue/green, gulf/bay water. The location and view are incredible, only a blocks walk away from the famous Anna Maria City Pier and Pine Ave, the main street in Anna Maria City, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. You can enjoy, swimming, shelling, fishing and walking the beach. You will have your own private parking space, with a charcoal cook out grill, table, umbrellas and four chairs, available for your use. This private beach is exceptionally nice for family with children to enjoy because of the gradual slopping of the beach into the water, there are no rip tides or undertow, like some areas, of the island. Contact Dale, the host for any further information, if you would like to use, this facility. This ammenity will not be available, if the beach property sells.
You will also enjoy our very comfortable, two bedroom, two bath cozy, clean, decorated cottage. The first bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom and it's own flatscreen smart television. The second bedroom also has a queen bedroom with adjoining bathroom. We allow up to 6 persons, to stay, however there are only, two bedrooms and a couch, air mattress are acceptable.
Relax in a large spacious living room with comfortable furniture, large flatscreen television and free Wifi.
Use of a fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All utensils, dishes and pans provided. There is a washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen. Cottage is close to the Sarasota/Bradenton airport and only an hour drive from the Tampa airport or about two hours, to Disney World, locally there is l IMG Academy and Pirate City, winter home if the Pittsburg Pirates, baseball team.

We had a very peaceful and enjoying stay at the Coastal Cottage. Very clean and lots of little extra amenities you don't usually find in rentals.Our host was extremely helpful and communication was excellent.We really enjoyed our "private beach" on Anna Maria!!

Property was super clean and spacious. Has everything you would need and more. The location is in a nice clean and quiet area close to every store and food places you could need. Access to the beach is a great bonus specially since we pretty much had the beach area to ourselves. One thing to note even thought it’s only 16 miles to the beach location from the home since it’s an extremely popular location during peak times traffic is backed up and can take an hr to get there. Not the host fault but good to know so you can plan accordingly.

The house is excellent and very comfortable. We had wonderful days here with the family. The house is close to everything... But the main highlight was being able to use the lot at the Been Point in Anna Maria: what a sensational place! Dale was very attentive and resolved everything very quickly. We will be back...
