It would have been helpful if the description included that this particular apartment is on the 2nd floor of a Duplex. I recently had knee surgery & am still recovering, yet the stairs are only 1.5 flights up, so it’s not terrible, yet it would have been helpful to know there were stairs involved. The back bedroom bathroom is smaller than a normal bathroom, yet I see that the upgrade to install a small walk-in shower was better than just having a half-bath. I would also recommend placing a vinyl cover over the glass window, as I noticed the other apartments across the way able to see into the bathroom shower area. My BFF roomie had to buy slip-proof mats for the enclosed full bath, as it was a hazard not to have slip-mats in the tub.Lastly, advising that the garage will only accommodate a smaller vehicle is also helpful. My SUV did not fit & parking in the area is scarce. I was able to fit my smaller rental in it.We loved the stay & the comfort of having a large enough space for 2 people is great, including a washer & dryer made it even more convenient. Thanks for making this cute little duplex available! I hope my stay-points help with your next guests stay.

Wonderful small cottage next to in ground pool.Very private with everything one would need to make your stay seamless and comfortable.Michael and his wife are wonderful host ..We would definitely stay again...
