Primarily, the accommodation fee is quite below average, and the location is also very nice to chill out.
Considering the price of this accommodation, I guess it's quite a decent option.
Additionally, it also offers the television with Netflix and Youtube, which brought out the facility.
Despite the reasonable price of the room, the interior was a bit old fashioned.

Pretty spacious room with a decent view over the water and the food stalls in the evening. The nearest subway stop is about 10 min on foot, which is also not too bad.
The heater in the room was not working very well.

Location
Room aircon doesn't work on winter. So need to leave window open and bay bad smell comes inside directly.

Nice people in the location. It's relatively close to Nampo, so either a 20 minute walk or 5k won Uber will bring one there nicely
Oh boy. Dirt under the bed. Bathtub (oddly small one) instead of a shower and no curtain or barrier to dry section of bathroom. TV that switched to 800x something resolution mid watching. Weird humming in the middle of the night. Absolutely atrocious smell in the halls leading to the room. Weird smell in the room (although that got cleared when having the window open 24/7). Elevator is a bit run down. Overall I am honestly wondering how this place has a 8.something on booking, which can only be explained by the price. And even then it's on par with the competition.
