About this house rental
Your cozy getaway awaits in Menasha! With 2 bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a twin bed, along with a well-equipped bathroom and kitchen, guests will feel right at home. The property also offers heating, AC, washer and dryer, and many other amenities for added convenience and comfort. We think our bungalow will help you to experience everything Menasha has to offer. Located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood, it is close to downtown, walking and biking trails, parks and water ways, including both Lake Winnebago and Little Lake Butte Des Morts, and the Fox River. Private backyard, easy access to hi-ways, lots of restaurants and small cafes in a friendly, laid back environment. We are 5 minutes from Downtown Neenah, 10 minutes from Appleton, and 4 minutes from out regional Medical Center. We are a certified and licensed Tourism Home. We meet all health & housing standards per the City of Menasha and the State of Wisconsin.

Very clean and cozy- perfect for our weekend getaway from the world. Kitchen is stocked simply but had all the basic necessities cookware wise. Close enough to everything but also a quiet and cozy area

Very clean, quaint, older house that met our needs for an overnight stay. First time I’ve ever met a property owner at the property, but Monica was very nice and we loved her little Pug.

This 1940’s bungalow was charming and beautifully furnished. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the bath towels were anmazing, and the neighborhood was quiet. We will be back for sure! Thank you Monica and James! The Archambaults

Monica greeted us personally at the house and gave us the grand tour. She is a very gracious host who clearly loves the property and loves sharing it with people from all over the world. Everything was pristine, well and thoughtfully stocked, comfortable, cheery and with such interesting vintage decor. Monica was very responsive when we called (about a couple questions to which we had forgotten the answers). We slept soundly and woke refreshed, ready for our day’s adventure. We look forward to visiting again!
