This terrific custom timber frame house offers breath taking hardwood floors/trim throughout. 1st floor bathroom, large open kitchen with lots of natural light, dining area, full living room area with large sectional sofa and 72" TV. 2nd Floor Master bedroom, King bed, full bath, TV, and 1 twin pull out sofa. Bedroom 2-3 twin beds, TV's, shared full bath. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Additionally, 2 open areas; 1 Queen pull out and 1 twin pull out or used as sitting area for those who need to catch up on work or relax with a good book. Step back, step out and relax into our private peaceful outdoor oasis, fully fenced in back yard, hot tub, patio set and awning. Enjoy your time in Brockport at our cozy house! Wow! This house was superb in everyway! From its location, gorgeous layout, comfort, cleanliness, EVERY amenity a family or group would need, plus an added bonus of a large hot tub on the deck, it was an A all around Don't let the 3 bedroom count fool you, there are several pull out couches that can accomodate more guests If we are back in the Brockport area, this will be our go-to home!!

This was our second stay at the home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The home has everything you need to be on vacation. From the kitchen amenities, bathroom, amenities, entertainment to include the Jacuzzi. The owner does a great job at communication, better than me! The location is just a few minutes from town, but nice and quiet. Friendly neighbors as well. Would love to stay again.

This was one of my favorite Vrbo rentals! Beautiful home with everything you need in the kitchen. The home was beautifully decorated and relaxing to stay in. Would highly recommend!
