This is an amazing villa in and exceptional setting. Great staff who were attentive without being intrusive. Rekawa beach is deserted as it is a turtle sanctuary. We saw a turtle laying eggs and returning to the sea 50m from the villa. If you want a peaceful, private villa that feels very uncommercial, this is the place.
People should be aware that you cannot swim here and that you cannot access the beach after 1900 due to it being a turtle sanctuary. I think this is actually a bonus as it means the beach is virtually deserted during the day. The plots either side of the villa are vacant which is great for privacy but they are a bit scruffy- the only minor thing that spoils an otherwise perfect place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sati Villa and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our time so special.
A very big thank you to Gayan, who was always ready to help and assist us with anything we needed, including finding great attractions in the area. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference.
Special appreciation also goes to the amazing chef Kavindu. After enjoying quite a lot of curry during our trip, he thoughtfully adjusted the menu to our preferences and even added a light European touch to some dishes. Everything was delicious and prepared with care.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful and very climatic – stylish design, peaceful surroundings, and attention to detail everywhere. The beach is stunning and almost empty, perfect if you’re looking for a quiet place to truly relax and unwind.
We would also like to thank Shirini for allowing our friends to stay overnight – we really appreciate the flexibility and hospitality.
If you are looking for a peaceful escape with the nicest staff and a unique atmosphere, Sati Villa is definitely the place to stay. Highly recommended!
