About this house rental
This beautiful home boasts ocean views and a covered front porch. It has an open-concept kitchen and living area that allows your family to enjoy time together. We are located only 400ft from crashing waves on the seawall & 1,600ft from the pedestrian beach. From sunrise to sunset, you will love your time at our home. We have stocked and decorated this home for ourselves & our family and are honored to share it with others when we can't be there.
This is the perfect relaxation space after enjoying the beach! Each bedroom has a TV with Roku streaming devices. Live TV is available through YouTubeTv accounts that are logged in under the "Surfside" user profile. Books and games are available.
The two back bedrooms each have a queen bed and twin bunk beds. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a Casper mattress.
Washer/Dryer in primary bathroom closet.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Gas grill downstairs.
Other things to note
Guests must be at least 22 years old to book.
Up to two small dogs are welcome BUT must be pre-approved and confirmed when booking. A separate invoice for a $50 pet fee per dog will be sent. Guest will be responsible for all damages. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Dogs are not to be left alone unless they are familiar with being crated and can be crated without barking. If your dog barks while alone please do not leave it alone. Dogs must be picked up after in the yard or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. Unauthorized dog/animal will result in a $400 fine.

Super cute house and great location! The host was very communicative and their guest guide gave lots of suggestions for things to do and places to eat, which was super helpful. We loved the home and enjoyed the lower level. It had plenty of seating and we enjoyed playing darts and visiting in the hammocks. The front porch was perfect for morning coffee and listening to the waves. And the kitchen was fully stocked making preparing meals for our group feel like at home. The house had everything we needed for a perfect long weekend making family memories!
