*We have security cameras throughout the properties exterior. There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. There is a camera on the front left side of the house near the backyard entry gate. The last camera is in the backyard on the corner of the studio entrance, overlooking the entire backyard and house. These are in place for your safety and protection! Please do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in immediate eviction of all guests w/no refund for unused nights. There are NO cameras inside the home.

>> Smoking is to take place outside, only in the backyard. Please do not leave butts on the ground. If you smoke inside the home, there will be a $500 fine.
>> Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy
>> Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner or other designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible.
>> If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use.

We had a great stay at this VRBO. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Nice white couch which I thought was brave for a VRBO. Had everything we needed. Spacious kitchen area, a huge master bedroom upstairs. TV in every room. I think we counted 6 including the one outside! There is a large private backyard but is unfenced if you have dogs or small children.
The host is very friendly and helpful. He was so patient with us as we had to make some modifications to our days of stay. He was willing to work with us the best he could and wanted to make sure we were happy. He was awesome!!!
We would definitely stay here again when in the Jacksonville area! Hope to be back soon!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay during New Years Eve wknd. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located in quaint San Marco area. The house is equipped with everything needed from the fully stocked kitchen, to the personal touches in the bathrooms. Ex; toiletries, floss sticks, air deodorizers, laundry detergent etc.. when we return to Jax, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This property was very well kept with anything you would need. Host was awesome and provided all access information/tips prior to arrival in addition to being available if anything was needed during the stay. Location was near shopping and food options.
