Wow… just WOW! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an absolutely stunning place to stay! From the moment we booked, Jessica and Joey were fantastic. Communication was so easy and straightforward — nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole process completely stress-free. When we arrived, finding the keys in the lockbox was really simple and we were straight in. And then… WOW! 😍 The Church Rooms is absolutely beautiful. It genuinely felt like someone had thought of everything. There was everything you could possibly need — cutlery, crockery, gorgeous bedding, loads of towels, lovely bathrooms and all the little things that make a stay feel comfortable rather than like you’re just sleeping somewhere for a few nights. The TV, games and books were such a lovely touch too. It was the sort of place where you could quite happily stay in, get the kettle on, put your feet up and not feel the need to go anywhere! The village was just as lovely — quaint, peaceful and incredibly friendly. There’s a pub, a food stall and a little convenience shop, so if you forget something (which, let’s be honest, I usually do 😂), you’re not stuck! We were staying because we were heading to a festival down the road in Tiverton, and despite the odd road closure — because apparently nowhere in the country can be reached without a diversion at the moment! 😂 — getting there was easy enough. We honestly couldn’t recommend the Church Rooms highly enough. It was beautiful, comfortable, incredibly well equipped and the perfect base for our trip. And the biggest compliment we can give is that we are already planning to come back in two years when the festival is on again! ❤️ Thank you so much, Jessica and Joey, for letting us stay in your absolutely gorgeous property. NOTHING.. my Dad said sensory lights when you walk in but hes obsessed with sensor lights and putting lights on early so theyre on when you get back...he is 80 bless him..

The perfect stay! Beautiful house in a gorgeous village. The sunshine rising and setting in the garden was a perfect touch. Roast at the mitre inn is highly recommended. Really lovely owners, great communication and super helpful
