The staff and th Kazakh hospitality, definitely top notch.
The design, ambience and art in the hotel was fabulous
Great dinner experience in a super atmospheric restaurant.
The rooms and beds were super comfortable.
Great part of the city to walk around and find great coffee shops and restaurants.
Highly recommend.
The door from the room and bathroom made a loud noise when shutting, needs to be addressed.

The place was tastefully decorated. If you want to have the nomadic vibe, you should definitely stay here. The breakfast was decent, you had a good spread and then order ala carte local dish or breakfast. The food in their restaurant was quite tasty too!
There are no elevators and there were power outages that occurred during our stay. It wasn't very long but it happened 2x i think.

Modern hotel where you feel old local traditions.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is great!
The restaurant in the hotel offers good food.
Constant loud road traffic noise in the room due to super close proximity of a busy road next to the hotel. Recently refurbished old Soviet-era building with no elevators and steep stairs, water faucet was almost impossible to be adjusted for proper temperature, frequent smell of old water piping system in the bathroom.
Would not recommend for business travel.
