The location was very good and felt safe. The flat was easy to find and reliable instructions that were easy to follow. The location was only 10 mins drive from Brighton Town, which was a bonus as we would access it easily! Idea location if you want to be close by but far enough to be somewhere quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had storage space too. We spent quite a bit of time in the living room and it was cosy to chill altogether. The street parking situation gives you an option to pay outside of the free hours of parking so it is possible to park on the street if happy to pay the price online. The kitchen was equipped with pans, cutlery, bowls, plates, mugs. All the basic essentials such as microwave, toaster kettle, fridge and freezer were available. The communication was great too- they responded quickly from the start and throughout the stay.

We felt that we were missing toiletries such as hand-wash especially in the bathroom. They provided tiny body wash, hand lotion etc but no handwash. Plug points were hard to find but there were extensions available to use. We used the TV a lot in the evenings to wind down but we found out that prime was the only option in which we could watch films. YouTube was available but wouldnt open properly and would shut itself down. We were happy we had prime but other options such as netflix would have been nice.
