The location, the house is located close to nice restaurants and the Pier at downtown St Petersburg. The neighborhood is very quiet , old charm houses, with a beautiful park just across the street.
The property even though is very nice, needs some TLC. The picture and description is a little misleading as this rental is for an apartment and there is no fourth bedroom as it is described when you book, but a small nursery attached to the main bedroom. The bath towels are in need of an urgent update, as even though were recently washed most of them are stained. We found some other issues …but all in all easy fixes to make this beautiful property worthy of a 10 again
