Great value for money for a family stay in Tokyo

Huge house in a quiet area not very far from Shinjuku. Very good value for money for a family of 5. Nice coffee shop near by.

There was a little bit of a bad smell. Like the place needs a good airing. To get to Shinjuku station or core area it’s far by foot and you need to take a 4 stations bus ride.

Disappointing, due to dysfunctional washrooms

The place is big and spacious, spread over ground and upper floor. Not much else to write here

We booked the place for a family of 4 even though it can house up to 13 people. The only purpose was to get access to more washrooms. This is because we wanted to maximise our outdoor time in Tokyo while we were there for only 2 days. Unfortunately, one washroom on higher level was locked up so we couldn't use it. For the second one, the bidet was not working. As a result, our purpose of paying a much higher amount for the larger property was wasted as all 4 of us had to share one washroom. Frankly, it might have been better to book 2 hotel rooms, as we would have got service too.

Worth given the location

Location of the property is excellent. Just 100 mtrs from main road and 5 min walk from nearest metro station. Also most of the attractions in Shinjuku are at a good connecting distance.

Size of rooms are small for managing the luggage effectively.

Casa ampia con 3 camere da letto, ognuna con due letti grandi. Soggiorno e cucina ben arredati. Ottima la posizione a 10 minuti dalla metro. Numerosi locali nei dintorni. Zona silenziosa vicina ad un parco.

Totale assenza di ingredienti base in cucina. Ci sono pentole, piatti e stoviglie di ogni genere ma se volete cucinare dovete comprare tutto. Esterno della casa completamente trascurato.
