Очень доброжелательная семья! Чистота и хорошая вода в душе, что было необходимо. Самое главное - это тишина (не смотря на дурацких торговцев мороженным). Семья проживающая в вилле всегда беспокоилась всем ли я обеспечен. Спасибо большое! Да кстати, кондиционер , полотенце, чистое белье - все есть. Рядом железнодорожный вокзал, что удобно.

We had a pleasant stay here for one night. The location is convenient, and the overall environment is calm and comfortable.
The owner’s hospitality was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made a big difference to our experience. We booked two rooms with attached bathrooms, and he even provided an extra bathroom, which was really thoughtful.
The air conditioning in the rooms worked well, and overall the place offers good value for the price.
There are a couple of areas that could be improved. It seemed like there might be some bugs in the mattress, which affected my sleep. Also, although towels and a refrigerator were mentioned in the hotel details, they were not provided during our stay. (We didn't bring towels because they were mentioned it).
That said, considering the price, it’s still a good place to stay. With a few small improvements, it could be even better.

It was a comfy bed, since we booked a room with two double beds, we could choose the one bed not directly affected by the aircon. Aircon was modern and was easy to find good settings.
Friendly staff
At first we had no towels, no toilet paper, no soap. They provided all of this after asking, which was good. Common areas can‘t be used as there is no aircon and it is way too hot.
The room was small and did not make a very clean impression. Hair on the bed, stains, just normal Sri Lankan conditions. The outstanding reviews do not reflect reality.
