Very friendly and welcoming owner. Free parking was available, and we appreciated having the freedom to come and go as we pleased. The property was very clean, with a calm and peaceful environment. It also has easy access to Food City and the Trinco beachside. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
On our second day, another Tamil family came to stay at the property. Unfortunately, they were extremely loud, and we could not sleep properly because of the constant noise. Their child also repeatedly came to our door every 10–30 minutes and knocked very loudly, to the point that it was alarming and disruptive.
We strongly recommend that guests, especially parents, ensure their children behave appropriately, respect other guests’ privacy, and avoid making excessive noise. Quiet hours and basic consideration for other guests should be respected so everyone can have a peaceful stay.

The host was so lovely and helpful, helping us to organise activities, switching rooms for us to upgrade to AC and even offering to drop us to the bus station early in the morning! The location is good next to lots of restaurants and shops. There is also a washing machine which the host let us use and a rooftop to dry your clothes. We will remember the hospitality we experienced here fondly 🙏

Die Unterkunft war perfekt sauber und sehr modern. Die Lage ist auch gut, denn Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem war der Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Emplacement entre la plage de Dutch Bay et Uppuveli. Facilement accessible en tuktuk ou scooter.
