Superb value, full breakfast - toast omelette butter jam fresh fruit tea / coffee, great location - three minutes to the beach or main strip, cleanliness, common kitchen with fridge microwave gas stove and utensils
Rooms feel a bit bare, but is perfectly adequate - cannot complain at this price point with full breakfast. The more expensive rooms have air conditioning and private bathrooms - check before booking.

Le rapport qualité prix . La proximité de la plage et des restaurants tout en étant au calme. La sympathie du manager. La propreté.
Décoration minimaliste. Le petit déjeuner minimaliste pris a l étroit sous la véranda (en photo) seul lieu de convivialité. Le jardin pourrait être mieux aménager.

Hébergement neuf, l'équipement présent est donc très bien. Bon accueil de l'hôte mais il n'est pas présent sur place en permanence.
Vue extérieure inexistante.
La chambre réservée devait faire 20 m2, elle ne faisait que 12! Du coup le très grand lit ne permet aucune place pour un chevet.
Une seule prise dans la chambre.
Aucun meuble, chambre totalement vide à l'arrivée.
Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche.
Pas de rideau occultant pour la petite fenêtre.
Enfin on venait d'installer une TV dans la.partie commune ce qui fait qu'il y a eu beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à une heure avancée des 2 nuits passées.
Autre chose : note d'avis très élevée assez suspecte et plusieurs avis mentionnaient un très bon petit déjeuner. Or il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner dans cet établissement... curieux !!
