The apartment is in a good location, with a 5 minutes walk you can reach Syntagma square, metro and bus stop. It’s a rich neighbourhood full of luxury shops and offices very safe. The apartment itself is very spacious.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has little natural lighting and ventilation, however aircon is functioning perfectly. The bathroom door handle is broken and extremely loose, it comes right off the door and often fell on our feet, it was heavy and painful. Lastly it was full of mosquitoes, despite closing every window it was infested, the host provided a repellent for them however it was empty

This apartment is centrally located on Amerikis Street, about a 6-minute walk from Syntagma Metro Station in the heart of Athens. All the major attractions, including the Greek Parliament, the Acropolis, museums, the Olympic Stadium, and many other popular landmarks, are easily accessible from the apartment.
There are plenty of excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and clothing stores nearby. Public transport is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city.
The apartment is on the first floor and there is also a lift, which was very convenient. It has two bedrooms and was spacious enough for our family of five, including four adults and our 15-year-old son. We stayed for seven nights, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The owner, Giorgos, is very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Before our arrival, he sent us detailed check-in instructions along with photos and videos, which made everything very easy. This was one of the best pre-arrival information packages we have ever received during our vacations. Whenever we had a question, we could contact Giorgos on WhatsApp, and he usually replied within a minute.
We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Athens.
