Its location is close to High Street.
Easy to get around the Island good bus service
It felt strange at first room only .
Breakfast served at sister hotel a short walk down the road . There was no person on reception and an empty lounge bar plenty of empty seats . Lacked atmosphere sadly.

Superb location with a lovely sea view in a lively location but quiet overnight and no disturbance during the day. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable and the shower really gushy and warm. The staff are marvellously friendly and helpful and there is parking at the back of the hotel. The reception is shared wit h the one located and the Sandringham hotel which is no inconvenience and left the building quiet and unfussy - but secure all the same. A boon to have car parking behind the hotel since its location means that parking on the sea front is at a premium. Great value for money and a truly enjoyable stay.
The only two minor niggles I could find were the lack of a toilet roll holder which is easily fixed ( one which sticks to the wall would be more than adequate ) and the duvet cover fastener stud have aged and now fail to snap together again easily fixed and neither of these detracted from a splendid stay.

Room and bathroom were clean, view was lovely. no aircon but windows open wide. Beds were comfy. Location was perfect, staff were friendly and explained where to park and how to access hotel.
reception area unmanned, didn't make the stay worse but felt a bit 'empty' when coming and going.

Proximity to beach and main high street.
Parking was not great and a luck of the draw to get a space. Lack of information on arrival and cleaning facilities i.e. were rooms being cleaned daily and towels changed. Lack of normal room items such as iron, cups, shower gel etc not replaced once used. Towels we were told would only be changed if they appeared dirty.
