Fan and family were lovely and don't forget Dennis the Dog.
Views and location was incredible and the peace and quiet second to none.
Bigger fridge and a few more accessories like glasses, microwaveable bowl etc would be better, but im sure if we asked they would of provided where they could.

Host was very accommodating can not fault her , extremely helpful and polite,was clean and bed very comfortable,a very good night's sleep
Ceiling and door way very low so banged head a few times which left bruising,no safety /warning signs above door.water was scolding hot and unsafe to the point of coming out at boiling temperature on sink and bath
Was not in close walking distance to any facilities,IE shops , pub.
Dog friendly a real positive 🙂

the location is excellent, and the views over the salt marsh and solent superb.
Lovely huge bed.
