It should be a great hotel.
Rooms are quite nice, very good pool, good staff.
But it's located in the middle of nowhere, and that makes things more complicated.
It's a problem to get a transport there, and the hotel is almost empty - and that's why the staff is often slow.
The initial idea of this place was to made a modern cool quarter with shops etc.
And it's really cool, but almost without people, so it's a good place to film there movies "after the WW3 or zombie apocalypse".
And there's almost nothing around - so you should have in mind, that it's nice to live there - but it's COMPLETELY like NOT on Boracay. :)

Sound of air con unit outside affecting sleep. Would never stay there again.
