- property is approx 200 metres from teddy museum
- newly built, clean and spacious. Rooms are newly built
- asked to pay 5 percent extra for CC payment. I don't understand why booking.com shares this in the listing page itself or as a BIG banner
- free buggy is only available in the morning and that too for nearby bus stop , you have to manage on your own for vin safari and vin wonders.
When asked for a ride in the afternoon to grand world since I had an infant with me and there are no cabs available around, the receptionist said that I shouldn't be asking too much when hotel is doing favour by providing for free
- breakfast had very limited vegeterian options and on one of the days , bread was over. Neither the staff nor the chef ensures to refill breakfast. Infact I was told to come early for breakfast to have bread or it will be over.

Very new and clean. Free buggy to travel to grand world but only till 6pm
- worst breakfast I stayed for 5days 4 night same breakfast and last day they never top up breakfast. They can even cut those corn to Half so thin.
- breakfast area staffs are so unfriendly . Front desk never wish people not polite except for one male staff when we arrived. He is very nice. The rest are so sour face .
Breakfast area they won’t clear up out eaten plates staff busy watching phones I’m with my knee issues need to clear my own plate limping .
As I cant stand dirty plates on my tables .
I booked a one bedroom with kitchen but so disappointed looking at the room paid high and the room has small windows and a tight space
I ask to change room and the guy agreed but they charge me the same prices. Upon much argument they discounted about RM 50!!
