The location is very good, big space, newly renovated, but not finished. Still spare parts by the window. A grocery shop and cafeteria are just across the road. Very convenient. Also, one parking slot belongs to the apartment.
There was no furniture to hang the coats in the entrance corridor. The electrical parts in the bathroom were very unsafe; there was no light in the toilet, but the window helped. The second bedroom, with a fully covered window, made me uncomfortable because the room was always dark. Would be nice to put some spices like solt and sugar. So threre was only coffe machine with some casules of coffee.

Parking near the apartment included. Central location, close to many places. Clean. Renovated rooms.
Bathroom clearly didn't get renovated yet. They're were leftovers from the renovation in many drawers. Would benefit from mechanical ventilation or micro openings in windows. No washing machine :(
