The property was modern and quite funky. The location was perfect for our stay being very central. All the staff were very friendly and attentive with nothing being too much trouble. The restaurant where we had breakfast was very nice with breakfast itself being ok whilst not very hot and the choice for an English breakfast being a bit limited. However when we pointed out the tea was lukewarm two members of staff provided a piping hot pot of tea very quickly.

Clean vibrant and quiet room
Shower water temp controller didn’t work so could not control shower water temp so could not have a shower as water was scolding hot. And as we were going out couldn’t freshen up or have shower before leaving!!

Great location, clean and modern room, attractive public areas.
Self-service check-in process was complex and took ages, twice as long as in Premier Inn! Staff weren't rude, just not particularly welcoming. Nowhere on site for breakfast .
