Booked our stay through Expedia and somehow Expedia did not send the payment to the hotel before we arrived. Took a few hours for the hotel to get it straight. The location in Leicester Square is great. the room was very comfortable. The rooftop restaurant/bar has excellent views and tasty food. Surprisingly quite room to be in a busy square.

We loved the location. Only one quibble: buy more coffee cups! It's hard to start the day while waiting for clean coffee cups at breakfast. But other than that, we really like Hotel Indigo.
