Great location & lovely hotel, unfortunately the lift wasn’t working, not staffs fault, but we did get an upgrade because of this, albeit on the 5th floor. Would definitely stay again

Great location, friendly staff. Floorboards creaked in the room and in the room above. Lift wasn't working quite a lot of the time while I was there.
But overall a good experience.
