Great location & lovely hotel, unfortunately the lift wasn’t working, not staffs fault, but we did get an upgrade because of this, albeit on the 5th floor. Would definitely stay again

Great location, friendly staff. Floorboards creaked in the room and in the room above. Lift wasn't working quite a lot of the time while I was there. But overall a good experience.

This is an ideal hotel for those who want to explore London. Two minutes from the tube and about a 10 - 15 minutes walk to Covent Garden and Holborn. Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace and St James Park are all within an easy stroll. There are plenty of great restaurants/pubs in the area and the hotel is on the edge of Chinatown. The staff are fabulous and ultra friendly especially the lady on reception with the most wonderful smile.
