Location was great the room was very clean comfortable bed and shower was great..
The bar was lively and emptied quickly noise wasn’t an issue ..
The staff were amazing Joel helped no end and amended my reservation prior to arriving after I made a booking error ..
And the young lady on the bar was patient and helped us check in when we arrived ..
They helped make our visit to London memorable

The venue was perfect. Ideal location too - so close to Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Leicester Square, the river, theatres; restaurants . The room we had was fabulous - superbly designed. Photos of the other rooms looked good too. Fun but tastefully done with a professional design feel. We ate in the pub at lunchtime and had breakfast the two mornings we were there - great food and very friendly staff.
You have to expect in the centre of London in such a good location some noise from people at pubs nearby. The windows are well glazed and although we heard the noise it didn’t disturb us.

Lovely room with great decor. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location is bang in the heart of theatre land.
We were woken at 6 am by the pub changing its barrels. This went on for most of an hour. We were offered an hour late check-out, but this definitely spoiled our enjoyment of the stay. The room was provided with earplugs, but the vibrations ran through the whole building.
