The best thing about this hotel is without doubt the location. Its is right in the theatre district and is easy access to the main attractions around London. The area is well serviced by good public transport, taxis and e bikes. If you want a central location and are happy to look past the negatives, then this is your place. The staff were pleasant and the room was cleaned daily.
The building is a tired place that probably is due for a major revamp. It has so much potential to be the premier hotel within the area. The room was tiny!!! Just big enough for a double bed only and almost no room to move around it. When you add two suitcases and carry on luggage it is just impossible to move. If you suffer claustrophobia you best look elsewhere. We were forced to spend most of the day and evening out of the room because it just was impossible to stay. The shower is also problematic, over a bath and quiet high so, if you suffer from restrictive movements in lower joints..best look elsewhere, it also leaks and water runs away from it towards the basin, which indicates the floor is not level. There is also a lot of homelessness and rubbish in the area that may be confronting for some.
This was our first trip to the UK and this Hotel unfortunately didn't meet our expectations.
