I really enjoyed my stay and would go back.

It was nice to have the breakfast included and it was quite good. The room was a little small but as I travel alone, that's not an issue. It was nice to have air conditioning and a kettle in the room. The receptionist was very helpful with helping find locations that I wanted to go to.

The room was not cleaned every day. I usually do not mind, but I would rather be told upfront that it will not as I could've gone to reception to ask for more coffee for the kettle.

Good hotel for short stay for shopping and going to the theatre

Beds were comfortable breakfast was good and the location was good for the theatre.

No lifts. Decor could do with updating.

Location

No lift. Reception and breakfast room in basement and my room up two flights of stairs from entrance. Three flights of stairs in total - difficult for someone not in good health.

Nice hotel, nice staff. Poor shower.

Good location for an event I was participating in. Room was comfortable, although quite small. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff, who allowed me to check in a couple of hours early.

The room was on the top floor and the shower was nothing more than a slow trickle. Certainly not enough to have anything like a decent shower. Breakfast service was a bit slow and the cooked breakfast portion was a bit small. Very tasty though.

Great location, comfy bed. Just needs a little make over.

Room small but bed comfy. Toilet broke twice during stay but problem resolved. Small but nice breakfast. Staff very friendly and able to leave luggage in room till 11.30 am. Would stay again as very good location 😊

Decoration tired and toilet cistern broke twice, would not flush.

Very good

Clean and quiet room, clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Excellent location. No road noise heard from the room.

Shockingly smallish TV screen hanging up in the corner like in a bar (the size of a laptop), it is very uncomfortable to watch from the bed. -Room was very small (not the one in the pictures). -Very little noise insulation in walls (I could hear snoring from next room).

Very nice Hotel.

Very comfortable, clean, good location, good service.

You can hear the floor creaking when people walk around inside the Hotel, not really loud, not a problem for me, when everyone go to sleep is ok, I really had a good night sleep.

TV very small in top corner of room uncomfortable to watch due to size & height. Curtains not sufficient to shut Street lights out . Only 2 sockets in room needed to charge several appliances after long journey.

This was our 2nd stay and would use again. Very comfortable beds, and rooms are very spacious.

Perfect location for central London visit

Ideal location for central London - close to British Museum, Oxford Street and Covent Garden Great customer service and attention, plus easy to book

Very disappointing for the money

Staff were great, and the location is excellent. At least it had an A/C!

Smallest hotel room I have ever been in. No desk, entry to the room through the bathroom, toilet WAY too small to easily fit on and tiny shower.

Let down by wifi

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were polite and efficient. The location is great, next door to the British Museum.

The wifi was atrocious! So frustrating. The stairs down to reception and breakfast are difficult.

Good location and price - but sleeping is difficult cause door is paper-thin and wifi is really bad.

Location is great, and the price for that location is very good. Room was big and spacy.

It really lacks soundproofing. Not any noice from the street, but from the neighbouring room. Every time door was opened it was a loud BANG in my room -as doors leak al lsound. That means being awakened both early and late everytime someone comes and goes. Wifi was really weak as well. Sometimes not working at all.
