The location and gardens were lovely. The bathrooms very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable.
There are lots of rooms on the property and they are all next to each other- feels more like a hotel than a home stay and the walls are very thin so you can easily hear your neighbours.

Situated in a lovely area, spotlessly clean room with comfortable bed and piping hot water in the shower, beautiful garden area and swimming pool, tasty breakfasts and very nice hosts. This was another repeat stay.

The locations was exactly what I needed, and close to all the places I had to be at during the visit.
The parking is an issue, they also did not expect me and needed to phone the owner to confirm. The ants are a problem. Bathroom was not cleaned properly upon arrival. The photo's on Bookings is of two different units in one. I chose the room because in one of the featured pictures for the room chosen was a bath. I got the "no-bath" room.
