أقمت مؤخراً في فندق New House Hotel وكانت الإقامة رائعة جداً ولا تُعوض. اخترت الغرفة الرباعية، وكانت واسعة، نظيفة، وجميلة للغاية ومريحة جداً للعائلة.أما الموقع فهو الأفضل على الإطلاق بلا منازع؛ حيث يقع بالقرب من أروع وأهم معالم إسطنبول التاريخية والسياحية، مما سهل علينا التنقل كثيراً دون عناء.ولكن ما جعل هذه الإقامة لا تُنسى حقاً هو طاقم العمل، وخاصة الأستاذ عبد الرحمن والأستاذ أحمد. لقد بذلا كل الجهود الممكنة لتأمين إقامة مريحة لنا، وتجلى تميزهما بشكل خاص عندما حدث ظرف طارئ تسبب في نقص بوجبة الإفطار، حيث تعاملا مع الموقف ببراعة وتفانٍ تام وقاما بتغطية النقص فوراً دون أن نشعر بأي تقصير.فلهما ولإدارة الفندق كل الشكر والتقدير على هذه الاحترافية وحسن الضيافة. أنصح بالفندق بشدة، وبإذن الله ستكون لي عودة مرة أخرى! ❤️

Un accueil formidable
Un très grand merci à Mohamed et Ahmed,
On a été reçu comme des rois, une écoute formidable à toute heure
Petit déjeuner copieux et variés, chambres propres et spacieuse.
Transports à proximité, une super terrasse rooftop au 4e étage!
Mille merci pour ce magnifique séjour dans votre établissement! Nous avons hâte de revenir

The position inside Fatih
WiFi and heating not working. Windows with cold air coming in. No daily cleaning staff. Poor breakfast
