The staff's attitude and hygiene were particularly poor! We arrived around 21:00 that night and checked in with our two children. Google Maps gave wrong directions, and for some reason, no one had corrected this error for so long, leading us to another street. Secondly, it took us over ten minutes going back and forth to find the house. Thirdly, after arriving at the house, we didn’t know how to enter Apt 6. The main gate had other units, but there was no Unit 6. It was very dark outside, and the lighting was dim. My kids are exhausted after a long trip. I called the landlord using the contact information provided on Booking, but the landlord didn’t answer. After a long time, the landlord called me back without any apology—not even a "sorry." They told me that the entrance to Unit 6 was at the very back of the house, down a staircase. The staircase was even darker at night, and we could barely see the steps, so we had to use our phone flashlights. The floors and carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed for at least one or two months, with accumulated dust and lint everywhere. The tub , towels and bedsheets were covered in hair. I sent photos to the landlord, who became very angry and said it wasn’t her problem. Later, a male manager called me and impatiently said, "You get what you paid for. You can leave now if you don’t like it." He showed no remorse for the poor hygiene conditions and instead arrogantly told us to leave. May I ask, your price is over two hundred Canadian dollars after tax. It’s not exactly cheap. I didn’t complain about your outdated facilities, but hygiene is a basic requirement. If Ms. Guo and your staff have no sense of hygiene, you don’t deserve to be in this business!
