A pleasant atmosphere that promises a nice rest.

Absolute recommendation for this apartment. Everything inside is brand new and functional. Cleanliness is a defining feature of this place. Although at first glance it might not seem that close to the old town, a 20-minute walk will let you get to know that part of the city. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. Their professional approach guarantees that the apartment feels like a 'home' for a few days during your visit to Graz. I stayed here with my family, and we all share the same high recommendation!

Cosy and relaxing moments in Graz

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation in Graz, Austria! The place is incredibly comfortable and relaxing, with modern and high-quality equipment that made us feel right at home. The owner was wonderful—very clear and helpful in all messages, explaining everything perfectly before our arrival. Having a parking space was a big plus, and overall the apartment truly exceeded our expectations. It’s a cosy, stylish, and peaceful spot, ideal for families or anyone looking for a great stay in Graz. Bravo to the owner for doing such a fantastic job—your attention to detail really shows! We felt great from the moment we arrived and highly recommend this place to everyone. We would gladly return!

Roomy and spotless apartment, exactly as advertised. Communication with Tatiana was easy, with a quick and friendly response each time. The apartment is about a 25 min walk from the city center, or a quick ride on public transport.
