It's very central in Shinjuku, so it's a great location! The place was clean and tidy. It was great value for money, as I booked it last minute to escape from a really terrible shared accommodation nearby. This was cheaper and yet much nicer
The shower room was a little tired and the tap was leaking. The decor was a bit stale and the bed felt a bit incomplete, and could have been comfier. The lighting was harsh, and there wasn't much privacy with the curtains open

Està ben situat tenint en compte que Tòkyo és una ciutat immensa, de 30 milions d'habitants. L'edifici era tranquil, sense sorolls, enganxat a Shinjuku, un dels barris coneguts i freqüentats per locals i turistes. La comunicació amb el propietari va ser fàcil. Vam tenir un entrebanc per obrir la porta de l'apartament i ja li vàrem comunicar perquè ho pugui solucionar per properes visites. No té "luxes", però era un apartament còmode i funcional. Al voltant teníem molts supermercats i restaurants.
Era difícil obrir la porta de l'apartament i calia ser una mica destra.

Really great, convenient area. Very clean, plenty of good amenities. The building itself that the apartment is located in is in a good location with laundry, nearby to a convenient store and is located right at the outskirts of Japan's largest entertainment district. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of dishes and cleaning materials and a good amount of cooking utensils. Plenty of clear instruction on check-out and garbage disposal.
The area is not super quiet and there are definitely some noisy neighbours. Occasionally street races and car show-offs may happen in the area which can be loud at times.

Not the cleanest, hard to locate initially, found a huge cockroach in the bathroom our last night
