The worst experience of my life.

When I and my seven year old daughter showed up to collect the keys, there was nobody there. We slept all night on the tiles in the lobby only to learn the next day that they had made a mistake and thought we were arriving a day later. When I showed them the booking dates which clearly indicated they were wrong, they cancelled the booking saying that someone else was staying there. The callousness and utter mismanagement by these people has no parallel in my experience. They are criminals as far as I’m concerned.
