A great apartment to rent but access isn't straight forward.
The keys issue is a problem, certainly in terms of explaining what's required. Access uses an app on a smart phone that required specific login information and not your own email address. Having setup the app with the email address and phone number I used in the booking of the apartment. no key access was showing in the app. Logging out and using the login info the apartment finally sent, I was unable to create the account as my mobile number already used in the app. Another member of the group had to install the app with a combination of email address sent and their own mobile number. This was a very worrying moment and not properly explained that a smartphone with the apps they specify, and email address for login only sent late afternoon would be required. I think that needs flagging up at point of booking, and clear instructions before travel. Not everyone has a smartphone, it being charged after a day's travelling and work, or can work around lack of instructions.

Well laid out and appointed, great security and car parking. Location is in easy reach of the city centre.
Mixed feelings on bed comfort, but to be honest beds and mattresses are a very personal thing as we are all shapes, sizes and weights.. I have already mentioned this to the owner who really appreciated the feedback. Comfort of their guests is really important...so again a great reason to stay. A host that really cares.

Gut zu erreichen, Supermarkt fußläufig in der Nähe, drei Schlafzimmer, Auto konnte sicher auf dem Innenhof mit verschlossenem Tor stehen. Trotz allem sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation mit David (sehr guter Gastgeber).
dreckige Bettwäsche, laute Hauptstraße zur Schlafzimmerseite, Abdunklung durch Laternen vor Fenstern nicht optimal (wenn man Licht- und Lärmempfindlich ist). Der Türcode war eine Zumutung. Nur mit drei Personen möglich in die Wohnung zu kommen. Code für Haus- und Wohnungstür mussten am Tor per App ausgelöst werden und waren nur 5 Sekunden gültig, keine Chance alleine die Türen zu erreichen (inklusive Treppe zur Haustür und Treppenhaus 1. Etage).
