Byli jsme zde ubytovaní v srpnu 2025 a vše bylo naprosto super. Pokoj byl krásný, celá vila prošla velmi důkladnou rekonstrukcí, vše v pokoji bylo čisté a voňavé, majitelé si na tom dali opravdu záležet. Žádný levný nábytek nebo výprodejová sanita, ale velmi kvalitní materiály, tady se opravdu nešetřilo a je to znát. Cítili jsme se jako v bavlnce. Majitelé byli naprosto skvělí a vše nám ukázali, vysvětlili a poradili, nakonec nás dokonce svezli do centra. Takhle by to mělo vypadat. Vřele doporučujeme všem, co si chtějí užít Znojma a zároveň chtějí krásné a čisté ubytování se vstřícnými majiteli. Děkujeme, určitě přijedeme zase, toto opravdu stálo za to!

We had a wonderful stay at this newly built place! The view is absolutely stunning, and the location is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful escape just outside the city (well expect a short nice hike to the center and back ;)) The bed was super comfortable, and we slept well.
Michal was an amazing host — very kind, helpful, and responsive. He gave us great local recommendations and even offered to drive us back in case we wanted to drink a lot in the center, which we appreciated.
All in all, it was a perfect stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful getaway.
