Really enjoyed my stay, but condo needs a update renovation

Location was great.

The condo really needs to be updated and fixed where holes are in the walls, towel ranks hanging off walls in both bathrooms, has a smell and trash under couch, and mattress and bed squeaky, not comfortable. Basically an overall renovation. Old feeling inside. Perfect location and a beautiful view!

Good location. Beach experience and room could have been better.

Location

If you did not rent an umbrella from the resort, you couldn’t see the water while on the beach. You had to set up behind about 8 rows of resort umbrellas. Also, no canopies allowed on the beach. Our room had a lot of broken and faulty appliances. The ice maker in our refrigerator didn’t work. The washer didn’t work. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The door handle got stuck every time you opened the door. One of the main issues with the unit was the continuous smell of sewer gas coming from the master bathroom. It was so strong that it woke my wife up in the middle of the night.
