Die Lage ist grundsätzlich prima, kurzer Weg in den Hauptbereich von Kingscote. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist sehr schön.
Es ist alles an Ausstattung da was man für einen Wochen-Aufenthalt braucht.
Das Haus ist teilweise von leeren Grundstücken und rechts davor bzw. gegenüber von Bauprojekten umgeben, das macht es etwas ungemütlich.
Es wirkt insgesamt etwas ungepflegt, einige Dinge sind alt und abgewohnt, zB sind alle 8 Stühle abgewetzt und die Sitzflächen aufgerissen. Die Auffahrt zum Hauseingang ist sehr schmal.

This property has a great view of Nepean Bay from the full width windows of the spacious family room / kitchen.
The cleanliness was excellent. Every thing you could need in the kitchen and laundry was provided, including crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, cleaning consumables and equipment.
Small cosmetic maintenance items are required, nothing impacting on the service or functioning of the property.

Living space was good.
Crockery, cutlery & linen provided was good.
Supplies of tea/coffee, toilet paper, towels, etc, was good.
1. Major issue: we were unable to unlock and open the external sliding door onto the rear deck. This was not only inconvenient but a safety issue in case of a fire.
2. Shower door needs adjusting as it was difficult to open.
3. Venetian blinds in the living area - one window had a broken adjustment rod and the rear ones were permanently tied in a raised position. Not vey efficient for keeping the heater warmth in at night, in particular.
4. The light globe over the dining table needs replacing, as it was very dull in that part of the room.
5. Kitchen chairs are very cracked and look as if they're due for replacement.
6. The hand towel hook over the wash basin is broken and needs replacing.
7. We could only access one tv channel which was pretty ordinary. Not sure if there should be more channels available?
8. The steep and very narrow driveway is a turn off, but I realize you can't do much about that now.
