The price I paid for the stay is not worth at all. Its claim is misleading.

The location was not expected as it was advertised on your website-- "walk yo Everything". In fact, it is located in the old neighborhood where we have to take the bus to go to the main attractions.

The reason why I chose to book this facility is because its advertisement on your website -- " Designer Penthouse Space Needle View & Walk to Everything ... One Bedroom Apartment with Balcony and Water View." The truth is its balcony is very small and there is no water view at all when you sit or stand on the balcony. Only you need to get on complex's roof and stand at one angle, then you can see little bit water far away. Secondly, the advertisement called it as "Designer Penthouse" but the google definition of penthouse is as such: penthouse is a luxury apartment or unit located on the top floor—or top levels—of a high-rise building, condominium, or hotel. It is set apart from other units by high-end finishes, larger floor plans, private outdoor terraces, and sweeping panoramic views. If anyone is looking forward to its views, I believe you will be very disappointed and feel you are totally misled by its advertisement on the booking.com website.

Perfect place to explore Seattle

Very comfortable and convenient. Very well equipped.Nice little balcony and a large roof terrace overlooking the Space Needle. Christine always responded immediately if we had any questions and also left a really sweet and thoughtful World Cup gift pack for us! 🥰
