Took One bedroom villa (this unit doesnt come with pool) for almost 2 weeks.
- It's good for a couple/solo travellers that want more breathable and comfy space then a typical hotel room/suites.
- Close to Pattaya's core activities/beach. Door is directly to street, easy getting in and out without hustles.
- in a calm area abit north of central pattaya.
- 7-8 mins walk to all your essential shops.
- 25-35 bhats bike to most Pattayas drop points.
- pricing is not horrible but you get what you paid for.
Overall fine, but i will highlight some:
- the smart door touch-passcode entry is convenient and cool feature BUT sometimes it malfunctions and counts your presses as double or triple which could result in locking the door by mistake. so dont depend on it much. I had to use the classic keys the last 4 days which is less convenient from even hotel cards
- no shared facilities; i would have stayed more in my villa (and ofcourse maybe spent more too!) if there was like a public pool, maybe a Mini-bar, speciality kitchen and some ambient music, maybe a gym too.
