La pulizia della struttura, organizzata molto bene anche per soggiorni più lunghi, con camera con bagno privato e cucina attrezzata all'ingresso. Giuseppe il proprietario molto professionale e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. E' a 5 minuti di auto dalla bellissima spiaggia del Poetto e comodo se non hai l'auto, c'è una fermata del bus a 10 mt. Consigliatissimo per la vostra sosta o vacanza a Cagliari.

We’ve had a lovely time at the Giuseppe’s apartment. It is very close to the bus stop that takes you directly to Downtown Cagliari. The beach and the supermarket are also nearby. Giuseppe was very helpful and we loved his positive energy! We definitely recommend staying at his place. You will love it as much as we did!

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The room was incredibly clean, well-maintained and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — which was definitely a lifesaver!
But what truly made my stay special was the host. He was incredibly kind, warm, helpful and genuinely caring. No matter what question or little problem I had, he was always there to help and made sure I was okay. I felt so welcomed and looked after from the very first moment. It honestly felt less like staying in an Airbnb and more like staying at a friend’s place.
You can really tell that he cares about his guests and wants them to have the best possible experience. His hospitality was beyond what I expected, and I am genuinely so grateful for all the help and kindness he showed me during my stay.
I have stayed in many different accommodations, but this was definitely one of the most welcoming experiences I’ve ever had. I felt completely comfortable and truly felt at home.
Honestly, more Airbnb hosts should be like him! If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate — I would recommend it 1000%. I will absolutely come back whenever I’m in the area, and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know. He deserves every single 5-star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
